In sharing "I am Training for Life" I intend to be of service in a caring environment and instill exercise as a habit, empowering each client with a body of knowledge and a higher quality of life as I have achieved through my experience.

My Goal...

To help you FEEL YOUR PERSONAL BEST, adding years to your life, and life to your years. It's not only about looking good, but also feeling GREAT! I specialize in helping clients who have never had regular exercise create it as a consistent habit in their life. I have my designed my own personal "building blocks" workout programs to do this, improving not just your body, but your quality of life. It is not about a quick fix, it is about taking control of your life. With one on one personal coaching I can you get back out there living your life instead of just going through the motions. Exercise is the fountain of youth, you can turn back the clock and improve the way you look, the way you feel, and they way you live. I am stronger, more energetic, and much happier than I was twenty years ago! With my motivating fitness programs, I can help you improve your health and cardiovascular endurance, lose weight, have more energy and confidence, and feel, look, and perform better than you have in years.

Keep in mind that 70% of all people who succeed at reaching their fitness goals have worked with a Personal Trainer for professional assistance and expertise. I myself struggled with a negative body image, slamming into wall after wall trying to change it. I was amazed to learn that I was trying to tear down those brick walls with no tools, setting myself up for what could only be failure each time.
