Where to from here?

I posted on my Facebook "Retire with Fire" Page that I had decided not to renew my physical fit trainer certification of 21 years. Over the years I have learned to truly affect our physical, it starts with our mental. The focus of positve self talk has developed interestingly through the years and going forward there is going to be a focus of helping from a new perspective as a Life Coach. A Life Coach with a focus of balance, physical and emotional well-being, and greater consciousness and self-awareness. My FB personal page was hacked and disabled. I tried for long time to get assistence from Facebook with no help or acknowledgement. Years of family memories gone. Be aware folks and don't post things that you don't have duplicates, it is not secure to keep your memories. I cannot access my Fit Page/Grandmother Sandy as it was linked to that profile. It is frozen in time the day my profile was taken away, October 7, 2023. It is https://www.facebook.com/retirewithfire and there is a link on the right side of this page. Of course, I will not be using Facebook for anything important. Going forward I hope to focus here on the website and build a sharing spot for our reflections.
